Thank you for visiting Knox Prairie Community Kitchen (KPCK). We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 volunteer organization in Galesburg, Illinois. Our mission is to serve our neighbors nutritious food, with dignity and respect.
We strengthen our community by sharing meals, and by engaging in outreach and educational activities related to food insecurity.
We invite you to explore our website to learn more about KPCK, attend a free community meal, and become involved as a volunteer or donor. Thank you for visiting our website!
As we look back at the past year -- all the changes to and sacrifices made by so many in our community, and our having to rethink how to serve dinners & maintain our mission while trying to keep everyone
involved as safe and healthy as possible,
we feel so blessed we could resume serving
and hope this year allows the us to do the same.
We thank you all for your support and look forward to
serving again in february.
